#12 I'd like to go with this design with a few minor changes. Could you please change the font of Richard Smith to something that works better with the other font Office space? and can you remove the rectangles under the phone number? I promise i'll respond more quickly once i see the revisions.

additional comment on 23 -24. I think I like these for their clean simplicity (although they need the required information and the proper logo)

#23 ,#24 These looks different - good. Can you try a grey background, with correct logo (maybe in white). There is now an .eps file available. The sign must have phone number, "Office Space", and Realtor's name. use only the colors in logo, and black.

will upload vector file. these designs are not what we are looking for. we want an eye catching creative design that doesn't look like a typical leasing sign.
