Hey everyone! Thank you so much for all of your hard work. I have not yet decided which logo I really want. I am considering all designs. There are a few things that I don't like that I wanted to mention. I do not like the following:
1. Initials of "TPG" or any shortening of our company name.
2. No logos with puzzle piece designs. These are very overdone in the marketplace.
3. No logos with team members embracing or holding hands. I don't feel this is professional.
4. I do not want canned designs that have been morphed. I have seen many designs with very basic symbols that I could have designed myself.
5. No logo designs that do not have meaning. If I am asked by a client what the logo signifies and I cannot come up with an answer then that logo will be eliminated.
Here is what I DO WANT - Raw creativity and an integration of the words, "The Programmer Group" directly into the logo. The picture or image should not take away from the impact of the words, "The Programmer Group". I want a logo that speaks to me. It should say "TRUST ME". The design should pictorially show who "The Programmer Group" is. We are a IT staffing firm that places highly experienced programmers into large corporate organizations. Our clients are smart, conservative people who are hiring people for their company. Our clients are risk adverse. They want to feel taken care of. They are trusting "The Programmer Group" to find them staff that they can rely on.
I VERY MUCH LOOK FORWARD TO NEW DESIGNS!!!

The name of our company is, "The Programmer Group". Not - "The Programmers Group". There is no "s" in our name.
#17 programmer group all over the world! weeeeeeeeeeeeee..:P

for #11, can you clean up the ones and zeros in the sphere? they looked jumbled up a little. Can you also make the sphere look more like the earth?

For #10, can you put 4 people at the same height and make two of them women. (ex. man, woman, man, woman)

Can #4 be softened up a little so the floating people don't look so serious? An associate of mine said that they kind of look like evil robots :)

#6 and #7 are neat. I like the use of the emoticon-like people figures.

#5, #3 and #2 don't seem to communicate trust, are too dark for my tastes and are too busy. #1 is OK but I don't know really what it is saying. #4 I do like because of the "group" of people in the logo and it seems to be closer to the idea I have for the company. Looking forward to seeing more. Thanks!
