We are looking for a clean, professional, easy to use website for our fans and potential business partners. There are three facets of our business: 1) Entertainment: record label, industry interviews, and production house for film 2) Creative: advertising agency and music publishing catalogue 3) Enterprises (name subject to change): our partner-site, where affiliates can log in, keep track of their earnings, and get product training

We envision a splash page with our three businesses, and the visitor is directed to whichever they are interested in (we would track the clicks to determine where our customers/partners/fans are going). For all the other pages, we were playing with the idea of navigation on the left hand side as opposed to the top. Icon based navigation, like app icons on iphones, perhaps? We're interested to see what you can dream up for this. On the Entertainment page, we require sections for: - Music (soundcloud links that use the album/single cover as the icon) to listen to - link to the mixtape of the week and radio podcasts at the very top - Videos of our artists, trailers, etc.. - Industry news, like an RSS feed - Link to our "Think Tank" section, which is a collection of interviews with industry professionals (was thinking a stylized quote, with a read more link) - artist page template that features a quick bio, with links to the catalog for more songs On the Creative Page we require: - a catalog page, which can be sorted by style or artist - samples of our advertising work - list of our services - featured crew member of the month On our Enterprises page, it should essentially be a dashboard with their account information, more information on their earnings and what they are authorized to sell. Additionally, we'd like to see: - a calendar with available dates they can book - premium content from the "Think Tank" sessions for our member's only - music licensing of the week - featured song/artist section which they can sell to other agencies to make money As for the three main page templates, they should all use the same colour theme - but maybe some slight tweaking to indicate it is a different section of the site. Perhaps a tertiary colour that changes between the three pages (purple and black are used on all pages, but then gold, silver, and bronze are used on separate pages, respectively. This is an idea to use.
